The digitization project focused on a selection of materials from the Museo Pigorini in Rome. The activities were conducted as part of thePaito Projectaimed at documenting Linear B iscribed objects, by combining 3D scanning and  RTI acquisitions. Thus, the digitization activities inolved the 3D recording of sealings and Linear B tablets from Crete. The process required the integrated use of a structured-light scanner (Scan in a Box) and macro-lens photogrammetry.

In addition, a vessel with animal protomes—unfortunately severely damaged—was also digitized through photogrammetric acquisition. Using 3D modelling techniques, it was therefore possible to carry out a digital restoration of the vessel, reconstructing its missing components.
